More {Comfort Food} and Features

The Comfort Food party was such fun!

My featured recipe comes from JoAnn at Sweet Pepper Rose.
She shares her family recipe for Southern Squash Casserole.
Squash is a favorite vegetable of mine. This delicious side is a must at any of my family gatherings.The topping of cheddar cheese and crushed saltine crackers is a total winner!!
I must also share with you my co-hosts and their fabulous comfort food recipes. Lori from The Stonybrook House
shares her Easy Pot Roast and Vegetables recipe.

Cheddar Jack Cheese Potato Casserole. 
This makes my mouth water and is a must try!
Sara from Major Hoff Takes a Wife makes a Pasta dish using Italian Sausage and Alfredo sauce. Yummmmo!
Kirby at Kirb Appeal shares her favorite comfort food, Baked Apples. Can't you smell them now?

  3. They all look delicious, but I think I'm going to have to try the squash casserole too. I love squash, but never experiment with it.
